Nervous Or Shaky

Everyone, sometimes in their lives has had the nerves, a very normal experience that can come from a variety of situations or events in your life.

Nerves often come from a direct response to some event or incident or change with you. After or during this event, it would be good that you settle your nerves with a drink or water, tea or energy drink that provides a relaxant stimulant.

Sometimes, holding a close one’s hand or clasping their arm (with permission) can be a sense of comfort.

Others find chewing gum or sucking on a sweet very settling, whilst similar to anxiety, the same strategies can work.
